More Gaming on the Mini-Note
In the forums, Ruckusnuts shared his experience with various older games on the Mini-Note. He is very pleased to find that the 2133 met all his expectations and is probably playing Never Winter Nights while getting drunk as we speak
Thanks for sharing Ruckusnuts!

I’ve been playing Guild Wars at about 13 fps, which is perfectly playable. Each match is pvp, 4 against 4. The first few seconds, as everyone enters the game, are at 6-7 fps, but as soon as the match starts and the gates open I go to 13 fps. Playing on this computer offers nearly no disadvantage in competitive pvp.

Are you playing Guild Wars on Windows XP or Windows Vista? I play GW and this game’s performance in PvE would interest me too, especially if it has better performance on Windows XP.

i was looking at buying a mini note sometime in the near future. So let me get this straight, to game on this fine device, is it just a matter of plugging in an external DVD drive, installing the game, then simply applying a cd crack to play it without the disc? I would really only be playing Rome total war, star wars empire at war, AOE 2 and football manager 2008. All of these run fine on my current (piece of sh*t) laptop which has an integrated 64mb of video ram.
Cheers for the help in advance
