XP Disc Available for Early Adopters
Over on forums.mininoteuser.com they’re reporting that you’ll be able to order an XP install disc around May 15th, IF you bought the model with Vista Business, the KX870AT:
Guest: Can the HP 2133 Mini-note be loaded with Windows XP before shipping since my business uses many programs not compatible with Windows Vista or SUSE. And if so, will the Mini-note include the XP License and XP Install disc?
Jay: Great question…..
Jay: The free media for XP will be offered on or around the 15th of May (And hopefully sooner)…….and this will be offered for the Vista business featured model in the mini 2133 model for the free media from XP. You can order now (and I highly suggest this, as the newly released 2133 models have been quite popular since they were introduced last Tuesday), and then call for the media to our business tech line with a confirmation order number on or around the 15th of May.

This is great news as XP is definitely going to run better than Vista.
